Some occasionally and frequently asked questions:

Q: Who are you?

The Daily Heal is an eclectic gathering of people, a movement if you will, offering commentary on the latest meditation news with a little bit of wit and a whole lotta wisdom. The purpose? To share tips and information to help you with your own unique meditation practice. Although meditation can be serious business, we enjoy infusing this whole idea of healing with a sense of humor and a little bit of laughter here and there.

Q: What’s your site all about?

The Daily Heal is a place for meditators from all walks of life, to converse, convene, and share their personal experience with meditation.

Q: Why The Daily Heal?

Because as much as we all like to think that our health and well being can run on auto pilot, health isn’t a set and forget thing. Ideally, some form of meditation and healing should happen everyday, not just when you get sick. We respect the need to pay attention to oneself everyday.

Q: How Can I Contribute?

Always looking for talented featured bloggers to share their meditation insight. Do you have a specific meditation technique or particular meditation methods that help you to cultivate that relationship with self? Are you a beginning meditator who is still finding their way? We’d love to hear from you.

Q: Do You Have an Email Address?

Of course! Don’t all meditators? You can direct tips, hellos, and questions to: comments [at] dailyheal [dot] com or use the handy contact form.

Q: Anything else??

Yes, thank you for your support. We hope that you find everything you’re looking for at The Daily Heal. If you don’t, please let us know.
