  1. Interesting post and podcast. I have experimented with mindfulness meditation a couple of times now, and yes, being present and aware is the key things in this meditation, but I have not thought about bringing that into my everyday life, so maybe I should try that and see if my view on life and situations are going to change. So thanks for posting.
