– Relaxation audio programs – These will help you to relax and will also help you to focus. You can choose from guided meditation or simple music that will enable you to meditate or just ease the stress in your mind.

These relaxation techniques are all best used in a quiet, dark room, preferably with no interruptions of any kind, and the more you do them, the quicker you will reach a state of relaxation.
